Airservices is a government owned organisation providing safe, secure, efficient and environmentally responsible services to the aviation industry. Each year we manage over four million aircraft movements carrying more than 102 million passengers, and provide air navigation services across 11 per cent of the world’s airspace.
As the ATM Performance Analyst (Reporting Development), you will produce analysis of aircraft delays into major airports, to identify causal factors and provide intelligence on where to invest efforts to reduce delay and deliver tangible outcomes for our airline customers.
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining sophisticated reporting products developed in Tableau. In particular, you are a good communicator who can develop engaging reporting products that are customer centric.
The person will be an enthusiastic team member that contributes new ideas to further enhance the current capabilities. You also enjoy researching and learning new skills and adapting to a variety of challenges.
You will be an effective team player and communicator, with a professional approach to establishing collaborative and productive working relationships with your team and stakeholders.
You will be a part of a small team (9 members) of data scientists, engineers and subject matter experts to provide analytic services across Airservices groups, with a leading role in the development and innovation of reporting and analysis products for evaluating Air Traffic Management performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have:
- Extensive front end (visualisation) Tableau experience
- Demonstrated experience in communicating of results to technical and non-technical audiences
- Tertiary qualifications in aviation, science, engineering, statistics or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in researching and acquiring new knowledge and expertise.
