The Organisation

Each year we manage over four million aircraft movements carrying more than 156 million passengers, and provide air navigation services across 11 per cent of the world’s airspace.

The Role

Air Traffic Services new initiatives will be championed by the Benefits Delivery Lead role on offer.  They will be responsible for identifying, defining and driving the delivery of benefits from the Air Traffic Management Service Plan program to Airservices’ Customers, while also being responsible for supporting the Service Transition Manager in planning, development and coordination of the new initiatives transitions including Aerodrome, Airspace and Information Services.

The Person

The Benefits Delivery lead will consistently demonstrate a high level of performance, communications and behavioural standards. They will have strong aviation networking skills and extensive experience working in a highly technical and safety critical environments.

Team Culture

The ability to collaborate with a small geographically dispersed team is essential to deliver team objectives with tight turnaround timelines.

Skills and Experience

The successful applicant will have an aviation background that includes:

  • Extensive experience in high performing teams in technology intensive industries within complex and safety critical operating environments
  • Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and communications skills
  • Extensive experience in analysis of highly complex project planning processes and an ability to interpret these plans in benefits for customers
