The Network Coordination Centre (NCC) is a dynamic business unit with a range of customer centric functions. It is the central point of coordination across the air traffic network ensuring our customers and stakeholders receive world class aeronautical information services and air traffic flow management on a 24/7 basis.
Timely aeronautical information services require the successful applicant to have a diligent focus to detail under time pressure. You will need well-developed problem-solving skills and be a strong communicator with interpersonal skills. You will be required to work both in a team environment and independently under general direction with the ability to adapt to an ever changing, fast paced environment. The services we provide will require you to work a 7-day rotational shift roster covering a broad range of hours.
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrated customer focus in a service delivery environment
- Proven data entry capability with high attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Computer literate with demonstrated ability to learn new software applications.
- Experience in aviation or other logistics industry (desirable)
- Appropriate tertiary or industry-specific qualifications (desirable)
