The Role & The Team
We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Finance Analyst to join our OneSKY Program. This pivotal role provides strategic financial and commercial support to the OneSKY Portfolio, ensuring robust financial frameworks, governance, and transparency across all investment spend. You will work closely with the Portfolio Head and Finance Director to deliver insights that drive value and uplift commercial acumen across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver insightful portfolio investment reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of financial control and reporting frameworks.
- Manage portfolio financial planning, including annual OPEX/CAPEX budgets and 5-year investment plans.
- Oversee month-end finance activities, reconciliations, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Support business case development, benefit realisation models, and investment submissions.
- Provide financial assessment of tenders and manage asset accounting processes.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance financial and commercial capability.

The Person
You are a commercially astute finance professional with:
- 10+ years’ experience in financial or commercial management roles.
- Strong understanding of asset accounting principles and lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to deliver financial insights and make sound decisions in complex environments.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and reporting tools.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance or related field; CPA/CA membership highly desirable.
