The Role & The Team
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of our Facilities & Environment Program of Works. This program includes critical investments in facilities, sustainability initiatives, and service delivery improvements that benefit our people, customers, industry, and the environment.
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
- Support Project Managers in planning and coordinating project activities.
- Deliver assigned tasks within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Monitor progress, assist with risk and issue management, and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and facilitate procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and safety standards.

The Person
We’re looking for a proactive Project Coordinator who can keep projects on track and deliver results. You’ll bring experience in coordinating tasks across scope, schedule, and budget, along with strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key, as will your problem-solving mindset and proficiency with project tools like Microsoft Project. If you’re detail-driven and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.

- Hands-on experience in project coordination and understanding of governance frameworks
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence using project management tools
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
