Summary

We are recruiting for multiple roles, supporting the planning and coordination of project activities in accordance with scope, quality, cost and time constraints for the organisation.

The Role & The Team

 As a Project Coordinator you will support the planning and coordination of project activities in accordance with scope, quality, cost and time constraints for the organisation.

You will work with the Project Manager and broader team to ensure projects are delivered within the organisation governance framework, including scheduling, monthly reporting, finance, general administrative support, project approvals and procurement support activities. You will also form part of the cohort of coordinators who work together to deliver continuous improvement to our own professional space (project coordination) and uplift coordination templates, systems and processes.

  • Support the Project Manager and project team in the delivery of project milestones and requirements
  • Deliver assigned project tasks within scope, schedule and budget
  • Monitor and report on progress in delivering required scope
  • Assist in risk and issues management by monitoring and updating the project risk register in consultation with others
  • Coordinate project meetings, record minutes and collect and disseminate information on key actions
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Facilitates data and reporting for assurance activities
  • Manage project documentation including maintaining tight document version control
  • Ensure all organisational governance requirements, management policies and standards are adhered to in the execution of the project
  • Contribute to the Coordination function broadly by engaging in the coordination community and contributing to the uplift of our professional standards.

The Person

The successful applicant will have:

  • Demonstrated project co-ordination skills and experience
  • Ability to work effectively under limited supervision and manage competing priorities and timeframes
  • Good stakeholder engagement and the ability to maintain excellent working relationship with team members and other Airservices staff at all levels
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management qualifications (desirable) and/or relevant experience
  • Experience using Project Server, Microsoft Project and/or equivalent tools
