The Role & The Team
The role will provide you with the opportunity to showcase your ability to lead, mentor and develop two direct reports ensuring team engagement, development, and performance objectives are achieved.
Key relationships include but are not limited to the Head of Capital Portfolio Management, CFO Group and Corporate Finance, Service Delivery and Asset Management leaders, Executive and Capital Investment Committee, Project Managers and Portfolio Leads. Your proven ability to lead through influence, shaping strategic outcomes without direct authority is a strength and your empathy and leadership is a given.

The Person
- Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and overcoming obstacles.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to produce quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proven strategic foresight and systems thinking to anticipate future needs and guide long-term investment planning.
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business and/or Accounting or experience in related field (Aviation).
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning leading initiative development and contributing towards the creation and realisation of annual capital investment plans.
- Demonstrated experience in asset or service planning, investment pipeline management, or large-scale capital portfolio coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing capability across executive and technical audiences.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including development of executive papers and reports.
