The Role & The Team:
The OneSKY Sustainment Project Manager under limited direction leads, directs and coordinates a range of sustainment efforts for many aspects within the transformation program. The focus is to ensure the future successful operation of the OneSKY capability. The OneSKY Project Manager will contribute to the development and implementation of sustainment strategies, lead management aspects of various support contracts and facilitate coordination of various sustainment efforts across the organisation. The scope of this role will include consideration of end-user organisational preparedness to operate and support systems including Civil Military Air Traffic System (CMATS), Bypass Voice Control System (BVCS) and Airservices Defence OneSKY Towers (ADOT) and other sustainment initiatives across the organisation.
This role forms an integral part of the OneSKY Australia Program and OneSKY joint program teams and wider Defence and Airservices sustainment stakeholders, to ensure and assure OneSKY Support systems are in place.

The Person
The successful applicant will have the following qualifications, knowledge, and skills:
- Demonstrated experience in complex project management delivery desirable
- Project management qualifications, with supporting experience desirable
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, ability to contribute to strategies and concepts, form and maintain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at various levels across Airservices and Defence.
- Strong knowledge of sustainment principles, risk management, and contract management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated sound judgement and business acumen, with a focus on results in a service delivery environment
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships to facilitate partnerships and cooperation
- Practical knowledge of the application of Integrated Logistics Support Concepts and Plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Budget management experience, including the ability to allocate resources effectively.
Security Clearance
Applicants must be eligible for a Airservices Identification Card (AIC) and have the ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government National Security Baseline Clearance to apply for this position (Australian citizenship is a requirement).
