Each year we manage over four million aircraft movements carrying more than 156 million passengers, and provide air navigation services across 11 per cent of the world’s airspace.

We are building a high performing Talent Acquisition team, where we will focus on delivering highly valued recruitment solutions to a diverse range of stakeholders. When you join our passionate and diligent team you will bring a continuous improvement mindset and work with the team to identify areas for efficiency and value add services, you’ll be able to draw on your previous experience as a recruitment administrator to contribute strong coordination support.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will;

  • Assisting with recruitment activities including: Sourcing and screening candidates in relation to role requirements, using a variety of methods and tools including Page Up, LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK etc.
  • Support with the development/drafting and posting of job advertisements.
  • Attend job briefing with Partners and Advisors to ensure that accurate and educated support can be provided throughout the recruitment process as required
  • Initial proactive sourcing and shortlisting of candidates for specific roles with the guidance of more senior TA team members
  • Checking PageUp dashboard and allocating roles to team members based on portfolio
  • Assisting to CV screen applications as they come in and escalate if unsure to Partner or Advisor for less technical roles
  • Achieve and maintain high candidate service levels - effectiveness, timeliness, output quality, delivery of services, systems and candidate satisfaction.
  • Coordination of reference checks
  • Facilitate assessments, medical assessments and references e.g SHL or related testing
  • Assist with internal and external event management – e.g. Assessment Centres, Careers Fairs
  • Manage recruitment related inboxes
  • Assist with providing feedback to candidates who are not successful.
  • Ensure work is accurate and meets quality standards.
  • Setting up interviews utilising technology or phone calls
  • Onboarding process assisting with background check and IT for the broader Talent Acquisition team
  • Supporting with invoices and purchase order processing

Who are you?

  • Demonstrated experience as a trusted administrator in fast paced Talent Acquisition environment hiring a variety of roles with an impressive attention to detail
  • A can-do attitude where you are solution focused and embrace change
  • Experience using Page Up is highly desirable, however if you are tech savvy your experience with others ATSs will be transferrable
  • A passion for ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify additional information required or questions to ask to obtain missing information to ensure governance of recruitment processes, strategic thinking will be key to meet the pace of the team.
  • The ability to come up with innovative hiring solutions, identifying opportunities to attract suitable applicants and engage them throughout the process where required.
  • The ability to provide detailed updated to team members you are supporting with recruitment processes to set them up for success with conversations with Hiring Managers and stakeholders.
  • An working style where you pre-empt questions or challenges and suggest solutions.

Security Clearance
