Airservices is a government owned organisation providing safe, secure, efficient and environmentally responsible services to the aviation industry.
Each year we manage over four million aircraft movements carrying more than 156 million passengers, and provide air navigation services across 11 per cent of the world’s airspace.
Working with the central communications and people functions in the Office of the CEO, you will provide critical support to internal/external engagement campaigns, events and other activities.
You will manage content on Airservices website and intranet and monitor and update all social media channels, including creating social graphics as required.
You will also manage and maintain team calendars and provide other administrative and logistical support as required.
You are a flexible, creative team player willing to step into whatever is required to get the job done. You demonstrate integrity at all times and always focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
You will be working across two teams that are well-regarded in the organisation and are central to developing and driving the long-term Airservices strategy.

Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related discipline (current or in progress) viewed favourably
- Demonstrated project management and organisational skills
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other desktop publishing and design packages preferred
