Airservices is a government owned organisation providing safe, secure, efficient and environmentally responsible services to the aviation industry.
Each year we manage over four million aircraft movements carrying more than 156 million passengers, and provide air navigation services across 11 per cent of the world’s airspace.
The Workforce Analyst leads ATC workforce demand and supply modelling and the development of the workforce plan. This role will provide analysis required to ensure strategic forecasting, resource planning and reporting on workforce demand and trends. This is an integral role within the Workforce Deployment function and will directly contribute to the efficient deployment of resources through effective planning, analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will be comfortable operating with the autonomy and flexibility required to coordinate the inputs of operational management and training delivery units in a dynamic and challenging environment. This person will need to be an outcome and results driven individual with high level attention to detail and problem solving skills. A strong service delivery focus and the ability to liaise at high levels should be combined with well-developed research and analytical skills.
Skills and Experience
A demonstrated understanding of a large and complex operational workforce is highly desirable. A strong customer service ethos and computer literacy skills are all essential for you to succeed.
Tertiary qualifications in a field relating to workforce planning, finance or data analysis will be highly regarded.
