Each year we manage over four million aircraft movements carrying more than 156 million passengers, and provide air navigation services across 11 per cent of the world’s airspace.
Airservices Australia has two major operating centres in Melbourne and Brisbane and a corporate office in Canberra. We operate 29 air traffic control towers at international and regional airports, and provide aviation rescue firefighting services at 26 Australian Airports.
The role will support workforce planning activities and reporting to help manage staffing requirements for Aviation Rescue and Fire Fighting Services. Workforce planning activities may include data analysis and reporting of key workforce metrics, staff movement and transfer activities, recruitment and location assessments, liaison and collaboration with operational staff and key stakeholders.
The role will require the person to be able to:
- Relate, network and work effectively with people across ARFFS

- Analyse, report and present and communicate information
- Rapidly learn and research including adapting and responding to change
- Plan and organise
