Airservices is a government owned organisation providing safe, secure, efficient and environmentally responsible services to the aviation industry.
Each year we manage over four million aircraft movements carrying more than 156 million passengers, and provide air navigation services across 11 per cent of the world’s airspace.
This role is responsible for coordinating Portfolio, Program and Project reporting to the Executive, Board and other external stakeholders by working closely with each Portfolio.
You will work closely with the Manager to develop the Enterprise Investment Plan including coordinating, reviewing and challenging initiatives for alignment to strategy, achievability and value for money.
Applicants must be highly motivated individuals with an ability to plan, organise and think analytically. Candidates will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to converse with a range of stakeholders across the organisation.

Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have:
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrable experience in persuading and influencing stakeholders and promotes ideas on behalf of self or others and ability to gain respect across all levels of the organisation.
- Proven ability to plan and organise by setting clearly defined objectives; manages time effectively; identifies and organises resources needed to accomplish tasks; and monitors performance against deadlines and milestones.
- Proven experience in financial reporting systems and tools e.g. SAP, Business Objects, Project Server and advanced Excel skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. business, finance, accounting). CPA/CA membership desirable.
